The point of this article is that all real estate people need “real estate investment” training! “Real estate investment” training is not the same as real estate education. “Real estate investment” training teaches recognizing opportunity, something sadly left out of traditional real estate education. Any “real estate investment” training is better than none, even Carlton Sheets or Ron Le Grand.
You need to like it. If there are parts of it you don’t like, don’t get bent out of shape about it. Sub those parts out. Out sourcing is one of the most valuable lessons you can teach yourself.
A typical situation would look like this: someone out there has a significant amount of capital (money) that they want to be working for them. For whatever reason, they don’t have the time to do all the work of Amie Yancey themselves, or maybe they don’t even want to do it.

Always remember – it is not your job as a real estate investor to motivate an unmotivated seller. It is not your job to beg or plead with this person. Your job is to sort out as quickly as possible those who are not motivated to sell.
However you go with real estate investing, always look to making a win-win situation with the tenant. Help them find a solution to their problem. This is where enlightenment enters the picture. When we help others along with helping ourselves, we truly achieve Enlightened Financial Freedom.
